RETURN & EXCHANGES
Our main objective at Hooyo’s Somali Pirate Sauce is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied, which is why we provide a refund within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items (i.e. hot sauce) – if any perishable items are received damaged or unusable, please reach out to us at contactus@somalipiratesauce.com right away. We cannot accept returns without being contacted first to gather further information. If for some reason you feel that we have not delivered the service you expected then please contact us by email. If you think that we have not answered your emails then also please check your junk mail folder for us as we always send order confirmations and shipping updates if you supplied us with an email address when ordering.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment.

Currently we only ship within the United States. Other international orders are not accepted on our website.
